Important Notes

  1. Cross-bank online transfers may take two to three business days to be credited.
  2. Transfers made via ATM (outside banking hours) will be processed on the next business day.
  3. Online transfers (outside banking hours) will be processed on the next business day.
  4. Online Payment Methods:
    Customers can make payments via the following channels: FPS, PayMe.

Direct Deposit

1. Please deposit directly into the "Health In Action" bank account via bank counter / ATM / online banking:

2. Please click "Place an Order" on the payment page, then upload an image or screenshot of your payment record on the Order information page.
If you have already left the page, please go to My Cart > Upload Payment Records.

Faster Payment System (FPS)

1. Please enter the FPS identifier: 102032950 in the "FPS" mobile payment app or scan the QR code to complete the relevant payment steps.

2. Please enter the amount and fill in your order number (which can be found in the email after placing the order) or your name and phone number (if the order number cannot be found) in the "Message to payee" field, then press "Continue".

3. Please click "Place an Order" on the payment page, then upload an image or screenshot of your payment record on the order information page.

If you have already left the page, please go to My Cart > Upload Payment Records.

PayMe

1. Pleases scan the QR code.

2. Please enter the amount, then press “Next”.

3. Please fill in your order number (which can be found in the email after placing the order) or your name and phone number (if the order number cannot be found) in the message field, then press "Pay a business".

4. Please click "Place an Order" on the payment page, then upload an image or screenshot of your payment record on the order information page.
