When faced with multiple prescriptions, most feel completely lost. <br><br>That's exactly why we created our educational program to give medication and community health workshops. We're here to give people pracitical skills to better manage their medications and take control of their health. Only when people truly understand their health status and the medicatoion information, they can apply it in their daily lives - that's when real change happens. Not just for individuals, but for their entire families and communities.
